    Meeting & Location

    Our meetings take place every Tuesday at 6pm, at RevoluSun in Kaka’ako. However meetings are temporarily online only for COVID-19 compliance and safety.

    Thank you to Sunrun Solar for planting trees on be Thank you to Sunrun Solar for planting trees on behalf of our Eco Rotary Club of Kakaako. They planted native Hawaiian trees: ohia Lehua, alahe’e, na’u, milo, Koa, lonomea, & kou. The group also did staking, fertilizing & more. They planted a total of 170 trees — which totals to 6,090 trees planted by our club! Our annual goal was to plant 5,000 trees on Oahu but we have more than exceed our goal. Thank you to everyone that helped us with our ongoing tree planting project.
    Did you know that outside of our community service Did you know that outside of our community service events, our club also hosts outdoor socials? This weekend, we went on the Makiki Valley Loop Trail and to Waikiki Beach for some fun in the sun. Please message us if you’re interested in learning more about our eco club!
    Mahalo Kawika Riley from @kupuhawaii for speaking Mahalo Kawika Riley from @kupuhawaii for speaking at our meeting last night about how their programs empower youth through environmental opportunities. We learned so much about the green impact throughout Hawaii as well as mentoring youth about community service management.
    Saturday, April 24, 2021, SAVE THE DATE! For 202 Saturday, April 24, 2021, SAVE THE DATE! For 2021’s Rotarians at Work Day, District 5000 will be picking up trash and cleaning various problem spots throughout the Hawaiian Islands from Ridge to Reef (hiking trails, beaches, streams, and in the reef)! Please join our cleanup project by contacting your local Rotary Club or by messaging us to get involved in this statewide Ridge to Reef Cleanup and Data Collection.
